When the multiple responsibilities of family and "Family" begin taking a toll on mob boss Tony Soprano, he starts seeing a psychiatrist.

But the calm of therapy offers little comfort: When his wife finds out Dr. Melfi is female, she blows up at Tony and starts flirting with their local priest. Furthermore, Tony is learning that no matter where he goes, business travels with him. What should be a bonding experience with his daughter to visit colleges in Maine turns into a hit when Tony stumbles upon an informant in witness protection.

With his widowed mother breathing down his neck and his Uncle Junior mismanaging the business, things are about to get worse for Tony – there's another rat in their midst and now even the FBI knows he's seeing a shrink.
