To Tony's annoyance, New York man Johnny Sack has moved into his neighborhood. But that's nothing compared to what trigger-happy Ralph Cifaretto has been up to – not only has he disrespected a girl at the Bada Bing, he's disrespected Tony.

Meanwhile, Livia's passing hasn't reduced the headache that is Tony's sister, Janice. Back in town to claim her inheritance, she'll wreak her own kind of havoc to get it, even if it means taking on the Russian mob. Meadow is adjusting to life at Columbia, although her taste in boyfriends upsets Tony, Carmela, and even Christopher.
