Johnny Sack cops a plea in prison, and the always-tense relationship between the New Jersey and New York families is further strained thanks to the unpredictable behavior of Sack's surrogates. But the New York situation becomes the least of Tony's problems when his increasingly senile Uncle Junior accidentally shoots him.

Compounding Tony's hurt is the humiliating revelation that Vito, his top earner, has been leading a double life; that Christopher has let his responsibilities slide playing producer out in L.A.; and worst of all, the realization that he hates his own son.
